Right of Withdrawal

• You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased in our webshop.

Warranty

• In addition, you have a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or fabrication. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must make a claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. SharkSlides will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

• If a refund is due, the full amount will be transferred when we receive the package.

• We do not offer business delivery in connection with the return of goods. Therefore, we do not cover the additional costs that using this service would incur.
