When the delivery moved by a single day, we were immediately notified by Anton who offered some alternatives if the one day was a problem for us. We chose another shoe (had to go on holiday, so couldn't wait) and the shoe was sent immediately and there was another personal follow-up from Anton. Sharkslides

I ordered a pair of sharkslides and they arrived a few days later. At first I didn't think they were very comfortable, but after a few days of wearing them, they started to be incredibly good to walk in, and now I live in them at home. It is 100% worth buying a pair, as the price is also as low as DKK 195! And many thanks to Anton, for helping with the whole mole-wit! Very good communication

I had ordered a pair, and later received an email that they were delayed because they were held back in customs. My shoes have arrived now and I thought the experience was really nice, despite the delay but that the transparent and fast communication made them still deserve 5 stars. Pre-order with good communication

I have waited a long time for my pre-order at SharkSlides.dk, where there have been several delays along the way. I have now received them and it has definitely been worth the wait. Communication has been excellent throughout. It was just an unfortunate situation that nobody could do anything about. I have already become very happy with my sharkslides and can definitely recommend them to others. The order was slightly delayed due to transport problems. But experienced a super service in that Anton took the time to write an SMS and inform me to make sure I saw it instead of an email. I would call that providing an extra customer service. Received the goods today and they fully meet expectations.
