How do SharkSlides fit in size?

Our experience tells us that all SharkSlides without lining are compatible with your regular shoe size. Nevertheless, we have noticed that our SharkSlides with lining (Winter and Puff models) tend to run slightly small in size. Therefore, if you are between two sizes, it's advisable to choose the larger one. If you're still unsure about which size to choose, you can take a look at our size guide.

How do I create a return or exchange?

You do that under the "Returns" tab at the bottom of our website, and then you need to click on the "Create Return" button.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

If you place your order before 1:00 PM on a weekday, your order will be shipped the same day. If not, it will be shipped the following weekday, and you will receive it the day after that.

I ordered a pair of sharkslides and they arrived a few days later. At first I didn't think they were very comfortable, but after a few days of wearing them, they started to be incredibly good to walk in, and now I live in them at home. It is 100% worth buying a pair, as the price is also as low as DKK 195! And many thanks to Anton, for helping with the whole mole-wit! Pre-order with good communication

I have waited a long time for my pre-order at SharkSlides.dk, where there have been several delays along the way. I have now received them and it has definitely been worth the wait. Communication has been excellent throughout. It was just an unfortunate situation that nobody could do anything about. I have already become very happy with my sharkslides and can definitely recommend them to others. A warm recommendation. We pre-ordered a pair of shoes. When the delivery moved by a single day, we were immediately notified by Anton who offered some alternatives if the one day was a problem for us. We chose another shoe (had to go on holiday, so couldn't wait) and the shoe was sent immediately and there was another personal follow-up from Anton. Very good communication

I had ordered a pair, and later received an email that they were delayed because they were held back in customs. My shoes have arrived now and I thought the experience was really nice, despite the delay but that the transparent and fast communication made them still deserve 5 stars.
